These Terms govern your use of FLUX — Neon Rush, RBK Games websites and related services. By using the services, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the game for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. RBK Games retains all rights in the game, artwork, code, music, names and related content.

Fair play

You may not manipulate scores, bypass security, reverse engineer where prohibited, disrupt services, use automated tools to gain an advantage, or exploit defects. We may remove invalid leaderboard entries or restrict access when necessary to protect players and services.

Virtual items and purchases

Coins, gems, vehicles and other virtual items are licensed, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for cash. In-app purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s payment and refund rules.

Availability

Features may change as the game develops. We do not promise uninterrupted availability and may update, suspend or discontinue a feature where reasonably necessary.

Disclaimer and liability

The services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
