This Privacy Policy explains how RBK Games (“we”, “us”) processes information when you use FLUX — Neon Rush, our website, and related services.
Information we process
The game may process gameplay and technical information such as progress, scores, achievements, challenge completion, device type, operating system, language, approximate region, crash information, advertising interactions and purchase status. We do not require you to create an RBK Games account to play.
Advertising
FLUX may use Google AdMob to display interstitial and rewarded advertisements. Google and its partners may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, ad interactions and diagnostic data to deliver, measure and protect advertising. Where required, a consent message will be shown before personalized advertising is used. Review the Google Privacy Policy.
Apple services and purchases
The game may use Apple Game Center for leaderboards and achievements and StoreKit for in-app purchases. Apple processes these services under its own privacy policy. We receive transaction and entitlement status, not your full payment-card details.
How we use information
- Operate, save and improve game features.
- Provide leaderboards, achievements, purchases and player support.
- Measure performance, diagnose crashes and prevent abuse.
- Show and measure advertising where permitted.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, legal compliance, dispute resolution and security. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children
FLUX is intended for a general audience and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Your choices and rights
You may reset or limit your device advertising identifier, manage advertising consent from the game’s privacy settings where available, disable optional Game Center features, or contact us about access or deletion requests. Rights vary by location and may require identity verification.
International processing
Service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate legal safeguards are used.
Changes
We may update this policy as FLUX and applicable requirements change. The effective date above will be revised when material updates are published.
